Peter Parker, Spider-Man's alter-ego Peter Parker, was the name he chose for his alter-ego. He was bullied at school and was known as a Spider-Man fan. The school he attended was Priory Preparatory School and City of London Freemen's School. The school also included the Central School of Speech and Drama as well as the University of London. His interest in acting developed when he realized he was not concerned about studying business anymore. His career began with a role in the year 2005. He was a guest on the British Television show "Sugar Rush". He plays his first lead role two years later on "Boy A" as a troubled teenager who is trying to restart his life after having spent time in jail. He was also in "The Social Network,"" acting as the principal character as well as in the movie "The Amazing Spider-Man." Being able to perform a range of roles, his role was chosen as the principal actor in the historical film "Silence" in the year 2016. The actor won numerous awards like the BAFTA Award, Tony Award in addition to an A.A.C.T.A. In the wake of his performance in Hacksaw Ridge in the film, he received the title of "Best Actor". He has also been awarded numerous Oscar nods, as well getting the chance to perform together with Sam Worthington and Campbell Scott.
